It is better to take TAC help on this. If you are planning to deploy the network controller and activate micro segmentation, it is better you deploy new PC and work on it. Last time when i tried upgrading PC from small to medium, it did not work.

I agree with Thejesh, better get help from TAC.

In addition to CPU and memory, you need to increase storage and cgroups.

You can run:
allssh 'sudo ln -fs "/home/nutanix/config/services/services_cgroup_limits_large.json" "/home/nutanix/config/services/services_cgroup_limits.json"'

I agree. Deploy a new PCVM. But also work with TAC. 

Usually takes 1 hour to do the resizing so go for the TAC. We have done 2 lately and it was really quick 

TAC sent me an internal doc. Took about an hour.
